How UEF Estonia handles personal data: almost none, and never for tracking.
The short version
This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, loads no third-party scripts and runs no analytics. Visiting it leaves no profile of you anywhere.
Server logs
Our server keeps short-lived technical logs (request time, page, truncated IP) purely to keep the site up and to stop abuse. They are not used to profile visitors and are deleted on a rolling basis.
When you write to us or join
If you email us or apply for membership, we process the data you send (name, email, and for members the fee payment record) on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in running the association, as required by Estonian non-profit law.
Member data is kept while you are a member and for the retention period Estonian accounting law requires. We do not sell or share it. Ask us at [email protected] to see, correct or delete your data.
